Top eight teams to the Northeast Elite 8. Higher seed has home field advantage. The date will be chosen by the higher seed and should be based on their field availability. It should be played on November 7, 14 or 21, as long as both teams are in agreement. All playoff off games must be played by November 21.

After this playoff game, the four remaining teams will go the Competitive Region 3 (Empire GU & NERFU) May 7-8, 2016. Semi final on Saturday and final on Sunday. This is located either in Saratoga or Albany per our agreement with NERFU concerning playoffs bids to USAR 15's national championships.
