Teams will play each other at home and away for a total of 6 games between 09SEP2023 and 21OCT2023. Teams will then be ranked 1 to 4 within each group. The top two teams in each group will go to the D2 playoff. The bottom two in each group will be in the D3 playoff.
NOTE: If any either Buffalo D2 or NYRC D2 finish in the bottom two of their group, they will not move to the D3 playoffs.

D3 Upstate- each team will play the others one time plus two other games in the group for a total of 6 games between 09SEP2023 and 28OCT2023. Teams will then be ranked 1 to 5 within each group. The top two teams in each group will go to the D3 playoff.
