There are 3 groups: NJ, NYC and Upstate. The first place team from each group will be seeded #1, #2, and #3 based on Total Competition Points (points for wins and ties plus bonus points). There will be five (5) wildcard teams, seeded #4 to #8. Wild card teams will be determined and seeded based on Total Competition Points regardless of group. If teams have the same competition points value, the team with the greater positive difference between points for and points against will be the higher seed.
