There are 4 groups: NJ, NY, CT and Upstate. The first place team from each group will be seeded #1, #2, #3 and #4 based on Total Competition Points (points for wins and ties plus bonus points). There will be five (4) wildcard teams, seeded #5 to #8. Wild card teams will be determined and seeded based on Total Competition Points regardless of group. (Rochester will get the average of their competition points added to their total since they had 1 less scheduled game than everyone else.)
