There are 4 groups: NJ-LI, NY-CT, NYC and Upstate. The first place team from each group will be seeded #1, #2, #3, and #4 based on Total Competition Points (points for wins and ties plus bonus points). There will be four (4) wildcard teams, seeded #5 to #8. Wild card teams will be determined and seeded based on Total Competition Points regardless of group (the 2nd place team in each group DOES NOT automatically get a play-off spot. If teams have the same competition points value, the team with the greater positive difference between points for and points against will be the higher seed.
