2025 Empire 7s Championship Series

Empire GU is proud to announce the 2025 EGU 7s Championship Series. The competition will kickoff on June 14 at the 49th Annual Rockaway Beach 7s (Rockaway Point, NY). There will be a total of five tournaments over the course of the series, which will conclude with the Saratoga 7s in Saratoga, NY.
Empire's Summer 7s Series will have a new look this year. Rather than tallying points across four or five tournaments to determine the overall standings, the first four events will now serve as qualifiers. The final tournament in Saratoga will function as a championship round, where the top teams will compete in a championship bracket. This should provide a higher-quality of rugby and entice teams to compete in more tournaments across the series.
