High Performance Director - Empire Rugby Union
The High Performance Director will be responsible for leading and enhancing the performance of all rugby programs within Empire Rugby Union. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of rugby performance, player development, and the strategic direction of high-performance sport. A key responsibility will be to build and develop a high-performance team across New Jersey, Upstate New York, Connecticut, and Metro New York.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-performance sports environment, preferably in rugby.
- Strong understanding of player development, coaching methodologies, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Organized, with a focus on efficient program management and execution.
- Must be a member of the Empire Rugby Union (EGU).
- Relevant qualifications in sports management, coaching, or a related field.
